I am a serving police officer. I have brought up my three children as a single parent and am just five years from retirement. I plan to sail round the world via as many interesting places as I want. I would like to find a female companion who will go with me. I am looking for the right woman. I have started the search several years before the off as mid atlantic is not the place to fall out.I haave started top take the courses to be a yachtmaster before we leave. I dont realy know what sort of woman I would like as I have been single for many years and have dated a few times but work and kids have taken up most of my time. Now that the kids are grown and have their own lives to lead I just have to make the odd course correction for them to keep them on the straight and narrow. You know how it is with dating we will know we are right for eachother as soon as we meet. Thats not to say that I could not sail with a good friend if thats what happens. The boat will have a few cabins.
