I'm at the beginning of a transition toward a life on the water. My current plan is to purchase a boat in the next 12 months and begin the Great Loop a year from now. From that experience I intend to see how things go, and what might be next (Caribbean, West Coast, Inside Passage, etc.). I'm blessed to be able to work from anywhere I have an internet connection - and can find an airport once in a while!

Otherwise, I spend my life working, hiking, skiing, fly fishing, hunting (yes, I know...I'm a meat eater and that's why I still hunt...for now), and camping. I've lived off the grid and on Cape Cod for 20 years. I'm flexible and adaptable. I value self-sufficiency, self-reliance, problem solving, and challenges.

I'd like you to be similar. You should be comfortable around boats, relatively self-sufficient, have experience with around water, know navigation, maybe former military, and thrive on adventure. Attraction matters but so does your personality and how you carry yourself. I'm looking for someone who is confident, takes care of herself, knows who she is and what she wants, and is ready to live life to the fullest. Yes, I know you may have kids and, no I don't hate that.
