Sailorgirl, 68

I have always had boats, being raised in the Puget Sound. Both motor boats and sailboats. My passion has turned to sailing...I love the San Juan Islands and the BVI. There is nothing like a cocktail at sunset anchored at a gorgeous island! Or being rocked to sleep by the waves and waking up to the sounds of early morning on the water. I am hoping to sail through the Greek Islands this summer if I can get the right people together. It will be amazing I am sure. A man who can sail has traits that are very appealing to me. A sense of being able to take charge and yet have a reverence for nature and the sea at the same time. Sailing can be a powerful experience when all it right and not all men can know this feeling.
